On the occasion of the first edition of the Food Film Festival, which will take place at the Sõprus cinema on April 12 and 14, follow the culinary adventures of the chef: Alain Ducasse. This fervent ambassador of French cuisine will delight you with his tasty recipes inspired by his travels around the world.

What can Alain Ducasse, the little boy from the Landes who has become the most recognized chef and mentor of cooking in the world today, be looking for? What is a man looking for who seems to have everything already? 23 restaurants in the world, 18 Michelin stars, Alain Ducasse never stops creating restaurants that please our time, pushing the boundaries of his profession towards new horizons, his curiosity has no limits. He travels the world relentlessly because for him cooking is an infinite universe.

This public man, so secret though, agreed to be followed for nearly two years, thus opening the doors of his universe, in perpetual evolution. For eighteen months, the director followed him in his search for new ideas and new flavors. In Japan, Alain Ducasse is amazed by the quality and sophistication of local cuisine. Then, in China, he visited a sturgeon farm that produces the best caviar he has ever tasted…
