FRANCOKLIKK, French language through IT for e-Estonia kindergartens. FrancoKlikk started in August 2014, in partnership with the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, Microsoft/Skype and five kindergartens.The project’s key objective is to bring young children to work on multilingualism and thus promote French language, through NICT, as early as kindergarten.
