“BIG DATA” – first performance of the French programme at Vaba Lava

Vaba Lava

September 19, 2017 / October 10, 2017

Telliskivi 60A

Tallinn

Come to the first performance of the 2017/2018 season at Vaba Lava - "BIG DATA", by Alexandre Zeff, from the 19th of September onwards.

“BIG DATA” is a visual and poetic performance which questions today’s world and the digital revolution we’re experiencing. Indeed, we entered a new era where a simple look can make everything possible. In this modern society, there is no more privacy – we are under constant observation and being anonymous becomes almost impossible.

“BIG DATA” is the result of a collaborative work between dancers and musicians, trying to express on stage the spirit of our time. Like a torrent, this spirit is taking everything on its way and reveals that we can also lose everything because of digital addiction.

Alexandre Zeff is a young director, actor and producer. He made short and long films, as well as documentaries. He studied at the French state film school (Femis) and at the French National Academy of Dramatic Arts. He played in more than 20 plays and films and in 2007, he created his own theatre company “La Camara Obscura”.
