My French Film Festival 2019

The one and only online French film festival is back for its 9th edition, from January 18 to February 18, 2019.

MyFrenchFilmFestival.com is a new concept that aims to highlight the young generation of French filmmakers and allows Internet users from all over the world to share their love of French cinema. For its ninth edition, the festival is back with new films, new partner platforms and screenings in several locations.

The principle: Ten French films and ten French short films are in competition. Internet users are invited to rate all the films and leave their comments on the website. The selection includes two Belgian films in competition, and, out of competition two French Canadian films.

The 2019 selection:
This year, we are offering you 28 new films to discover through 6 themes. Family stories with “Family Business”, absurd and offbeat stories with “WTF…rench!?”, films that honour women at war with the world around them with “Women at War”, punchy and powerful films with “In Your Face”, love stories from with “Love à la française”, and finally a selection of innovative works with “New Horizons”.

Where to watch the movies?
Online: on the myFrenchFilmFestival.com platform worldwide. The festival is also available on nearly thirty other partner platforms, depending on the territory, including iTunes in 90 countries.

In cinemas: Film screenings in cinemas near you will take place during the festival. Information on locations and schedules will be regularly updated on the website.

In airplanes: MyFrenchFilmFestival will also be presented in the airplanes. The films will be broadcast by several airlines throughout the year. Again, all information will be posted on the site.

Prices: all short films are free, worldwide. Every year, the festival is free in some areas. This year, the following are concerned by free access: Latin America, Russia, Poland, Romania, Africa and India.

For the rest of the world (included Estonia) : rent a full-length film : €1.99 and the festival pack : €7.99 for access to all films.
