December 18, 2025

For the next and last Film Club screening of 2025, we invite you to an evening dedicated to student animated short films, featuring works by students from Estonia and France.

The programme highlights films created by students from the Animation Department of the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA) and from the French school Gobelins, an internationally renowned institution in the field of animation. A total of twelve short films will be screened, showcasing a diverse range of styles, techniques and creative approaches from emerging talents.

The full programme will be revealed on site.

The screening will take place on Thursday, 18 December at 6:30 pm, at the French Institute of Estonia (Kuninga 4, Tallinn).

The screening will be followed by an informal discussion in English, with the participation of EKA animation students and staff, offering the audience an opportunity to discuss the films and exchange on creative processes.
