Meetup on digital democracy: read our recap!

On November 29th, the French Institute of Estonia and the association Open Knowledge Estonia organized a meetup at Tallinn University to discuss digital democracy.

French and Estonian experiences such as online platforms to involve citizens in the decison making process of cities, or open data to control the work of parliaments, were presented by activists.
