As we are celebrating the International Day for Women Rights on the 8 of march, French Institute of Estonia propose a special french evening in Tartu about the movie ‘Annie Col\u00e8re’ directed by Blandine Lenoir (2022). This movie pictures how feminist activism got developped in the 70’s in France. After the screening, you are invited to participate to a discussion about the film and women rights of yesterday, today and tomorrow. <\/p>\n
Synopsis: February 1974. Annie becomes pregnant. Since she doesn’t want to keep the child, she meets a movement that performs illegal abortions in the eyes of the world.
