This amount is intended to cover accommodation and living expenses on site.<\/p>\n<p>These scholarships are granted for the duration of two academic years if the student is starting a first year of master, and one academic year if the student is starting a second year of master (as indicated in the enrollment certificate).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-59084\" src=\"https:\/\/ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/campusfrance_gensheureux-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1621\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/campusfrance_gensheureux-1.jpg 1621w, https:\/\/ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/campusfrance_gensheureux-1-300x111.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/campusfrance_gensheureux-1-1440x533.jpg 1440w, https:\/\/ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/campusfrance_gensheureux-1-768x284.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/campusfrance_gensheureux-1-1536x569.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ife.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/campusfrance_gensheureux-1-1320x489.jpg 1320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1621px) 100vw, 1621px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apart from the monthly allowance of \u20ac860, being a scholarship holder of the French Government gives you access to many advantages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A lump-sum allowance of \u20ac700<\/strong> for expenses related to your studies (purchase of computer, printing costs of documents&#8230;). Accessible for scholarship holders of more than 3 months;<\/li>\n<li><strong>A flat-rate housing allowance of \u20ac167\/month<\/strong> for scholarship holders living in the \u00cele-de-France region (\u20ac143 outside \u00cele-de-France)*. Upon arrival, the student without permanent accommodation is also compensated for up to 3 nights;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enrolment in a private health insurance reimbursed up to \u20ac264<\/strong>. Enrolment in the general social security system is free of charge. Both registrations are compulsory and guarantee effective social protection;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exemption from the CVEC<\/strong> (student life and campus contribution), which is worth \u20ac91.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>* Allowance valid for housing with a monthly rent higher than \u20ac188. In the case of a lower rent, the student will only be entitled to half.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Requirements to apply<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Be legally resident in Estonia. <\/strong>French citizens (including binationals) are not eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Hold a recognised higher education diploma enabling you to enroll in at a French higher education institution.<\/li>\n<li>Have an adequate level of French (dipl\u00f4me d&#8217;\u00e9tudes en langue fran\u00e7aise, DELF), <strong>except in the case of training provided in English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Be enrolled or in the process of being enrolled in a French institution eligible for the 2024\/2025 academic year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The call is open to students of all disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>The grant cannot be cumulated with a scholarship awarded by another French Ministry or an Erasmus + scholarship.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Documents required for the application file<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Each candidate must compile an application file, in French or English (depending on the language of the training chosen), containing the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a curriculum vitae;<\/li>\n<li>a letter of motivation;<\/li>\n<li>a copy of the highest university degree;<\/li>\n<li>a certificate of the training course currently followed;<\/li>\n<li>an attestation of pre-registration from the French higher education establishment, which can be provided after the application has been submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Calendar of the call<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Receipt of the applications <strong><del>before Friday 24th of May 2024<\/del> until May 31 2024 midnight (EET)<\/strong> at the following email address: <a href=\"gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee\">gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A pre-selection of the best applications will be made after reception of all the applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Individual interviews with the pre-selected candidates will start taking place on June 3rd of June<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The application will only be definitively validated upon receipt of the certificate of registration or pre-registration in the French higher education institution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For any further information, please contact Gabriel Voisin-Moncho, Campus France Estonia representative: <a href=\"mailto:gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee\">gabriel.voisin-moncho@ife.ee<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scholarships allocated by the French Government correspond to a monthly allowance of \u20ac860 paid directly to the scholarship holder.
