Well known young musician, she&#8217;s appreciated for her solo interpretations as well as for her sense of chamber music and her creative continuo playing.<\/p>\n<p>Born in <strong>Aix-en-Provence<\/strong>, in 1986, Nadja Lesaulnier started her musical formation with Pierre Hanta\u00ef and \u00c9lisabeth Joy\u00e9 in Paris, before moving to Barcelona to take part in B\u00e9atrice Martin&#8217;s external degree at the Escuola Superior de Musica de Catalunya. She also studied <strong>chamber music<\/strong> with Manfredo Kraemer.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2003, Nadja began studies at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel, with Jesper B. Christensen, Andrea Marcon and J\u00f6rg-Andreas B\u00f6tticher. She also took part in courses by Andreas Scholl, Paolo Pandolfo, Gerd T\u00fcrk and Chiara Banchini. She completed a <strong>harpsichord<\/strong> soloist diploma with honours in 2007 and a master in Basso Continuo in 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a solo harpsichordist, Nadja Lesaulnier performs <strong>all over the world<\/strong>: Vienna (Italia Mia), Venice, Schaffhausen (Bach Festspiel), Saint-Paul-MN (Baroque Room), Vermillion-SD (National Music Museum), Basel (Cembalo in der Stadt Basel), Utrecht (Oude Muziek Festival), Stuttgart (Europ\u00e4isches Musikfest), Zurich, London, Philadelphia (Curtis Institute), Tokyo and Kanazawa (Folles Journ\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to her career as a harpsichordist, Nadja Lesaulnier plays the <strong>baroque violin<\/strong>, the baroque <strong>cello<\/strong> and the baroque <strong>double bass<\/strong>.
