Laure Delcour will be in Tallinn from February 27 to March 2, as part of a seminar organized by the Estonian School of Diplomacy (ESD) in partnership with the French Institute of Estonia.

Graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and Ph.D. holder in political science, a specialist in Russia and the post-Soviet space, as well as the EU’s external action, Laure Delcour is currently a professor at the College of Europe. She has done extensive research on the influence of European standards and reforms in the context of the European Neighborhood Policy.

The theme she will address in her series of conferences in Tallinn will be the EU institutions and the decision-making process. Her lectures will take place in English, four days in a row, from February 27 to March 2, between 4:45 pm and 7:45 pm at the National Library of Estonia.
